Dave Ferrick CEO and President
As CEO of Agero, Dave Ferrick oversees and directs the global roadside and telematics business development and operational strategies.

Ferrick joined Agero 20 years ago and has established a proven track record of ongoing success that combines deep experience in sales, account management, product management, contact center operations and data analytics. His broad-ranging expertise, thought leadership and focus on innovation have played a key role in Agero’s growing market share and rise to prominence as a global industry leader.

Previously, Ferrick served Agero as President, Insurance and Automotive Services. In this capacity, he led a team that experienced significant and ongoing growth by creating additional value for current and prospective insurance and automotive clients and their customers. Prior to that, Ferrick was Director of Product Management for the Insurance Market, where he was responsible for developing an executable mid- and long-term growth strategy for the business through new and enhanced product offerings. In the past, he has held numerous roles within the company including Director, Sales Planning and Analysis; Product Manager; and Account Manager.
 
Ferrick holds both a bachelor’s of science and doctorate of law degree from Suffolk University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.

As Senior Vice President of Strategy, Jeffrey Blecher brings over a decade of experience as a consultant to senior executives from Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms and startups on strategic, operational and technology related issues. 

In his role, Blecher is responsible for the development of Agero’s long-range strategic plans and objectives, including the identification and evaluation of both organic and acquisitive growth opportunities. 

Prior to joining Agero, Blecher spent six years at the The Parthenon Group, a leading boutique strategy consulting firm. As a Senior Principal, Blecher advised clients on growth strategy, market diligence, mergers and acquisitions, operational improvement, and portfolio strategy. His areas of focus included information services, manufacturing, publishing, and private equity. 

Prior to joining The Parthenon Group, Blecher was a Manager at Sapient, where he led teams through enterprise architecture planning and systems integration work with Fortune 500 clients in the automotive, insurance and consumer retail markets.

Blecher received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and his M.B.A with distinction from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business as an Edward Tuck Scholar.

As Chief Digital Officer, Bernie Gracy brings over 30 years of technology experience helping power high-performing organizations through patented inventions, disruptive innovation, new product/platform introduction, client delivery, legacy business digitalization, and the establishment of new digital business models.

In his role, Gracy is responsible for all aspects of technology development, architecture, infrastructure, and innovation for a rapidly evolving ecosystem powered by digital, mobile, the cloud, location-based services, and IoT.

Prior to joining Agero, Gracy served as Senior Vice President of Product Technology, Product Management, and Merchant Services for Cimpress where he helped lead the development and launch of their Mass Customization Platform. He has also served in a variety of leadership roles at Pitney Bowes.

Gracy received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut, a Masters in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Masters in eCommerce from the University of Maryland. He holds seven patents, with others pending.
 

Peter Necheles Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

As Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, Peter Necheles brings over 20 years of business and legal experience to Agero.

In his role, Necheles is responsible for corporate development activities including domestic and international strategic relationships and acquisitions, as well as for legal services such as regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, and general corporate matters. 

Prior to joining Agero, Necheles was senior counsel for the warranty division of Solectron Corporation, an electronic equipment manufacturer (acquired by Flextronics in 2007). He has also served as senior counsel with Stream International, an international call center business, as a junior partner with the law firm WilmerHale (formerly known as Hale and Dorr), and as a senior policy advisor at the U.S. Department of Treasury as a member of the Clinton Administration.

Necheles received his bachelor’s degree from Colby College and his juris doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Cathy Orrico Senior Vice President, Client Services and Sales
As Senior Vice President of Sales and Account Management, Orrico brings over 30 years of automotive industry experience to Agero.
As Senior Vice President of Sales and Account Management, Orrico brings over 30 years of automotive industry experience to Agero.

In her role, Orrico oversees client services, account and sales management, contract negotiations, and training for Agero’s Insurance and Automotive business units. Among other responsibilities, she is charged with furthering Agero’s strategic direction by helping clients transform the customer experience in innovative, meaningful, and profitable ways through the vehicle ownership lifecycle.  

Prior to joining Agero, Orrico served for over a decade as VP of Sales with Reynolds and Reynolds, a leading supplier of software and professional services platforms for OEMs and dealers. She began her career as a customer service representative, installing software applications in dealerships across the Midwest. She has also held various positions in marketing, sales, sales representation, and sales management.
 
Orrico holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University with a concentration in Economics and Marketing.

Kate Sweeney Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

In her role, Sweeney is responsible for leading all financial activities, including planning, accounting and billing and claims operations, as well as facility management. Kate emphasizes best in-class, scalable process and controls to support Agero’s continued growth and strategic expansion. 

Prior to joining Agero, Sweeney spent 18 years in senior level financial roles in the consumer goods industry. Most recently Kate was Senior Vice President of Finance at Wolverine Worldwide supporting dynamic growth of the Sperry Top-Sider brand. Prior to this, Kate was Senior Vice President of Finance for the Stride Rite brand. Kate started her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where she spent nearly 6 years and earned a CPA from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Sweeney holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Vermont.
