Dave Ferrick
President & CEO
As CEO of Agero, Dave Ferrick oversees business development and operational strategies for Agero’s growing portfolio of driver safety services. His broad-ranging expertise, thought leadership, and focus on innovation have played a key role in Agero’s growing market share and rise to prominence as an industry leader.
Starting his Agero career in the call center and moving through the ranks to CEO, Dave has intensive hands-on experience in every aspect of our business. His deep experience in sales, account management, product management, contact center operations, and data analytics contribute to Agero’s long standing client relationships.

Emma Barnes Brown
Chief People Officer
Emma is putting her two decades of strategic talent experience to good use addressing Agero’s growing need to attract and develop premier talent.

Jeffrey Blecher
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff is the go-to person for developing Agero’s long-range strategic plans and objectives, and accelerating growth and innovation across our rapidly evolving technology, data, contact center, and network teams.
His talent, enthusiasm, and vision are integral to Agero’s mission of creating brand-strengthening services for our clients and their customers through industry-leading roadside assistance and accident management.
As a key player in Agero’s lasting reputation as an industry leader, Jeff joined us after a decade as a consultant to senior executives from Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms and startups on strategic, operational and technology related issues.

Robert Cameron
Chief Digital Officer
Rob is continuously evolving the way we leverage technology to drive innovation and value across each of our end-to-end stakeholders. He leads Agero’s technology teams, including our Swoop Platform, Client Solutions, Product Management & Design, and Shared Services teams.
Rob joined Agero in 2018 as part of our Swoop acquisition. He successfully led our overall technology migration to the Swoop platform, building and creating a culture that stretches, supports, and recognizes the people driving that change.
Prior to Swoop and Agero, Rob worked at Intuit, where he built several different banking software products and worked on the flagship QuickBooks platform.

Beth Davidson
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Beth brings over 20 years of consumer and customer marketing strategy experience.
In her role, Beth oversees all of our go-to-market B2B2C activities, developing products and promoting them to clients to better serve end consumers across all lines of business. Prior to joining Agero, Beth worked on the biggest consumer and customer strategy challenges of Fortune 100 companies from Coca-Cola to Merck to Microsoft. She was equally based in Boston, London and Johannesburg giving her perspectives on different go-to-market strategies and B2B2C scenarios from around the globe.
When not working, Beth can be found on a golf course where she serves on the board of the LPGA Amateurs and desperately tries to keep her handicap in the teens.

Bill is helping us drive the transformation of our business and the industry.
Bill brings his impressive leadership and management experience in international finance and operations with technology companies and private equity-backed software firms to his role leading our finance and facilities functions. Bill is building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and his background in software and technology industry tech-enabled service companies will be highly instrumental in our growth plans.

Chetan Ghai
Chief Commercial Officer
Chetan is furthering Agero’s strategic direction within our Insurance and Automotive Roadside, Accident Management, and Repair Advantage lines of business, creating an organizational structure that empowers his team in service to our clients and their customers. Working closely with Agero’s product, marketing, client solutions and operations groups, while leaning heavily on his nearly 30 years of experience transforming product offerings and leading large teams, Chetan focuses his team on driving innovation to develop and deliver exceptional digital roadside assistance and accident support experiences for consumers, identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen policyholder loyalty and engagement.

Peter’s resume is impressive, and his impact on Agero even more so.
